Mission 2025:
Our mission is to upgrade how humans think, decide, and lead, because while AI continues to evolve, human cognition must evolve as well. We enable individuals and teams to activate neuroplastic transformation, expand perception, and transform the internal architecture of leadership itself. Using Synergistic Leadership frameworks and second brain strategies, we support clients in building more than skills. We help our clients build new ways of seeing, thinking, and leading in a complex, AI-driven world.
I began my professional journey as a junior scientist at a major engineering firm in the early 1990s. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I joined a small start-up where I quickly found myself leading projects, building client relationships, and managing day-to-day operations. Over time, as the company grew, I advanced into senior roles, eventually serving as Executive Vice President and President of several subsidiaries.

My focus back then was on growing the business. But as I gained perspective, something fundamental shifted: I realized that companies grow when their people grow, not the other way around. That insight changed everything. I transitioned into the role of Chief Learning Officer and devoted my career to a new question: How do we help humans grow and develop? This question led me deep into the science of potential. I earned:

But more than credentials, this question eventually led me to a mission to help individuals and organizations rewire how they think so they can lead, grow, and thrive in a world being reshaped by AI. I founded haveLABâ„ to bring cutting-edge neuroscience—and now, Human-AI Synergy—into practical, transformational programs to help leaders unlock focus, dissolve internal barriers, and elevate how they think, decide, and lead.
Because in today’s world, success isn’t just about acquiring new skills, it’s about upgrading how you use your brain.
